Mandact — The Trust Layer of the Agent Economy

About us

The sovereignty thesis

In 2026 the agent economy got its payment rails — from the US: AP2, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe. It got its identity management — from the US: Okta, Microsoft. What Europe contributes is the thing only Europe can contribute: state-anchored identity (EUDI, the Swiss E-ID) and a legal tradition that has known agency since the Obligationenrecht, the Swiss code of obligations. On exactly that foundation Mandact builds the mandate layer: verifiable, revocable, logged without gaps.

We believe three things. First: the central question of the agent economy is not «can the agent pay?», but «was it allowed to — and who proves it?» Second: that question does not belong to a corporation but to an open protocol — which is why the Open Mandate Protocol is built as a profile on top of the major standards, not against them. Third: trust comes from proof, not from assertion — which is why every property of this system is machine-verified, from the state machine to the integrity of the evidence chain.

Mandact is developed by Innopulse Consulting GmbH in Zug — data in the EU and Switzerland, a template library with legal review, public pricing, and one principle that carries everything: money never deletes mandates.
